Make the Master Volume Knob work on Send1/2 with Send blocks "on the grid" and row outputs

So far on CorOS 2.0.0. :

The level of Send 1/2 is only controlled by the Master Volume Knob when they are being used as outputs and not when they are being used in an FX Loop block on The Grid.

So basically it works with the row outputs.

Please make it work (like a post volume, similar to a mixing desk bus channel) on whatever goes out to the Sends : Block on the grid & Row output.
