Logic Pro X - Error While Trying to Sync Audio and Midi

Hey all,
I’m curious to know if anyone else is facing the following error. It’s very frustrating. At first, everything works great and then BAAM it the error hits out of nowhere and corrupts all my projects. I tested with turning off all the plugins and all seems fine so that led me to narrow it down to either

  1. Neural DSP Plugin’s - that’s all I use for guitar and bass. I primarily use Fortin Cali and Petrucci for guitar and Parallax and Darkglass for bass.
  2. Mac OS Ventura potentially incompatible

Here are my computer specs.
3.8 GHz 8-Core Intel i7
32GB RAM
macOS Ventura 13.4.1
DAW Logic Pro X 10.7.9
Audio Interface - Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 - upgraded to Apogee Duet 3 and same issues

Looks like you need to match Logic DAW sample rate with the plug-in as currently they don’t match. Set both to 48hz and see if that makes a difference.

That’s what is killing me is the sample rates are aligned! I’ve test at 44.1 and 48

Was there any update to this? I’m having the exact same issue in logic (logic set at 48). All neural plugins are causing my projects to crash with similar alert messages about sample rates.

As the OP mentions, all values match already.

I’d love to say I found a “fix” but nope. If I remember correctly I checked all settings for Mac on support page and then created new projects in Logic. I haven’t had any issues in a while. Sorry I couldn’t provide more specifics.

Sorry, I thought it had quoted your post. It was in relation to your suggestion of setting the plugin and logic to 48k. They both should be already, if what you mean is setting the neural app to 48k in standalone?

Can someone from neural chime in on this please, it’s making using your plugins impossible.
