Lock those preset up and down buttons

15mm Buteline pipe off cuts. 20mm long.

Squeeze them a little so they are snug when you slip them on.
I can still get my pinky in there and push the switch if i need to.

It’s Ridiculous I still cannot assign these foot switches to some other useful purpose.

Love that you did this. Not being able to configure those foot switches to anything else is crazy. Considering doing this tbh

Agreed. I hate it that the switches can’t be reassigned or completely disabled. Even the up/down preset switches aren’t allowed to be reversed (to the CORRECT WAY), like a bog standard Y-AXIS invert option on a gamepad. It boggles my mind NDSP won’t address this.

Here’s my button disabler solution, 3d printed (stl. here):

Nice one. Those look slick

Just found these - they work great. Thanks!

Well that is a really clever way to address what is probably the worst aspect of the QC, the Preset Up/Down footswitches, something that’s bothered me since I’ve owned the thing.

Pretty sad though that Neural can’t be bothered to address this, so people have to take it in to their own hands and use a cheap piece of plastic to stop them pressing those footswitches by mistake.

Here’s my post for my top 2 requests for 2025, and addressing this issue is one of them, but in the meantime, good work-arounds, guys

A neighbour just printed a couple of these out for me - they are work of art, fit perfectly, thank you!

And now I need to get myself a 3D printer, how much fun are they??
