Lehle Dual Expression - FX Loop and Wah

I have my Lehle Dual Expression set to control the Wah and FX Loop mix. I want to configure it so that when I trigger the Wah, it stops expressing the FX Loop Mix. Currently its still controlling the FX Loop Mix when I trigger the Wah. Is there any way around this so the FX Loop Mix doesn’t change when the Wah is engaged, but the FX Loop is still On?

If you’re using Stomp mode, you can assign the Wah and the f/x block to the same stomp. Make sure that one block is active and and the other is not. Then when you select the stomp switch it’ll toggle back and forth.

This is what I do to swap out amps and cab blocks as well as Wah and Volume blocks.

Stomp mode won’t work for controlling parameters like the FX Loop Mix that the OP is asking for. It only turns the blocks on or off.

It will accomplish what you want, as long as the expresión pedal is still assigned to both parameters, in their respective blocks.

the key to controlling individual fx separately is by NOT using the ‘stop’ or ‘heel-toe position’ bypass settings. If you configure a block to turn off and on automatically with these settings, they are ALWAYS operative. EVERYTIME you move the pedal, those fx will activate. Those settings override bypassing a block by switch or by Scene, which are the only ways to toggle between bypass states of fx.

So if you want to be able to turn blocks on or off separately from each other, you have to use Scene-assigned or Switch-assigned bypass.
