LED glowing on PCB after shutdown of the unit?

Hi guys.

If I do a compete shutdown there is still some LED glowing on the PCB.
You can see that through the grids at the side.
Could please someone verify that?

If it’s still plugged in you will see the LEDs glowing on the inside.
