It’s hard to see any flicker on your video. Have you tried lowering the brightness a bit? It looked like the preset name might be fading a little brighter back and forth but everything else on the grid looked fine so not sure, it could just be the lighting and or your camera. You could try a factory reset and see if that resolves things. Ensure you are using the correct power supply (12v 2A center-negative) etc., worst case email support@neuraldsp.com and they will get you sorted or return to your seller for an exchange etc.
