Is it possible to control Nano Cortex with bluetooth MIDI?

I’ve been doing that with M-Wave Chocolate Plus MIDI Controller.
The only inconvenience I have is that I am using EXP/MIDI input of Nano for this.
So it would be great if this was wireless so I could use my Expression pedal.

But… with the Chocolate Plus you can use the USB port in the NC for MIDI. Just use the host switch in the chocolate and you are done. That way you free the exp port in the NC.

Exactly. My m-vave chocolate connects via usb to the nano, and I use the expression pedal directly on the nano as well. No problems here. However, having the Bluetooth option on the Nano would be great as well.

Yes, I know but too many cables then since you have to power Chocolate with another power supply and battery does not work then. If you could use MIDI over BT, then you could power NC with a power brick and play outside or street gig.

Ah, OK. Yes, I agree. It´s curious that all of this would have been very easy to avoid… and it´s even more curious that there are very few modelers with MIDI HOST USB. Kemper Player is the only one of the “small” units to have host capability, so you just need a normal USB controller and call it a day… no need for extra host boxes or whatever. All modellers are “computers”, so it´s VERY EASY to add host capability. Somehow, brands don´t want to do it (or they are very clueless about useful features to offer).
