When changing scenes on the Quad Cortex, there is a sudden increase in volume (in a fraction of a second when entering the scene) and this happens when, for example, there are heavy sounds in both scenes. Happens when transitioning from scene 1 to scene 2 and vice versa!! When moving from scene 3 to scene 4, where clean amplifiers are used, this situation does not occur.
This is probably an issue with the volumes or mix levels in various blocks, probably either a compressor or delay/verb.
It’s not a problem with the unit - you just have to be incredibly mindful of settings in various blocks’ settings between scene changes. If you want to post the preset, maybe I or someone can help you diagnose where the issue is, but I’m sure it’s pretty easy to find.
