iLok internet connection unavailable

Hey guys,

I wanted to buy a plugin from Neural DSP today. But for the activation, I have to log in to my iLok account. This worked fine for the last years, but today I get the message: “Internet connection unavailable” Cannot connect to the server because there is no internet access available. Please check your proxy, firewall settings and cables before retrying.
I don’t use a proxy, my internet works fine, I don’t use a virus program and nothing is blocked in the firewall. I have the problem only with iLok license manager. I have already reinstalled iLok, turned off my firewall, tried cable, tried wifi, started as administrator…It doesn’t matter what I try - I can’t log on.
