Hi,
I have downloaded some neural caputers via iPhone app and I let the list appear in my Quad Cortex.
But whenever I select them, my Quad Cortex plays previous preset so I can’t use the captures now.
The os is up to date.
I need help for solving this issue.

Your question seems to indicate that you misunderstood what a capture is. You seems to expect that selecting a capture will replace the currently selected preset.
This is not the case : a preset is merely a bunch a block you selected and placed on the grid, and tweaked to your liking. A capture is one of those blocks.
So : create a new preset (the grid will be empty, btw: check the ‘input’ and ‘output’ sections), go to the ‘neural captures’ group (in Cortex Control, it is on the left) , expand the ‘downloaded’ section (or any section were you put the downloaded capture) and drag and drop the capture onto the grid (central section of the screen).

I read it several times since I bought my QC (December 2021 ! A lot of things have changed since this version !)
In case you want to download a future version , simply go to Downloads - Neural DSP and under the ‘Quad Cortex’ section, there’s a ‘Manual’ button that gives you access to the most recent manual !
I agree that I should read the manual for full use and I will.
I feel lucky I got to know about this wonderful machine!!!
