I have my QC setup in hybrid with my scenes on the top row and the stomps on the bottom row. I wanted to swap things so that I have my scenes on the bottom row. Unfortunately when I made that change I screwed up everything and ended up having to restore from a backup to get everything back the way it was sounding.
Is there a way to swap these rows without loosing how everything is setup?
Others may know of a simpler method, but here is a fairly quick way:
Go back to non-hybrid view so you can see all 8 scenes
On the QC screen, tap the double-arrow on the tile for the first scene, then select the tile right below it as the destination to swap their locations.
Repeat step 2 three more times (until the full row is swapped).
You can also do this quickly within Cortex Control by dragging and dropping the scene tiles with your mouse.
As a general practice, I try and duplicate the scene rows when I build a preset, so A=E, B=F, C=G, and D=H. The stomp switch assignments, however, still need to be manually changed if you swap the rows because you cannot have a block assigned to multiple stomp switches.
