How to download preset

hello!
i got tre QC for one month now, and it’s perfect for me but when i want to try a preset built by someone
i just cannot,

ok i have starred and follow a lot but kiko rabea cory etc can’t follow back 3 k users ;;;

so i try to built them presets with the preset devices and scenes (but i can’t get them captures)

is that the way to do it ? or i missed something wrong or it’s just like that?

have you followed this procedure? You don’t need to follow or friend users to be able to DL their public presets or captures.
When you DL a preset following those instructions, it will have you save it to the next open preset memory slot. You can then access it there by opening the directory (tap on the name of the preset at the top of the grid)
