Own 2, been through 3 or 4 other units that have broken and been replaced through warranty stuff
I was an early owner. I bought mine in the beginning (first day of released for sale I think). I have gigged almost ever week in rock band or church worship band ever since. My experience has been perfect,
Zero issues.

02/08/2024 , No problem, Church Worship ; my only complaint is a big learning curve, but the rewards are great . It slowly becoming the only tool on my board .

I have two of them, heavy studio and stage use, open air gigs, etc. Heat, heavy rain - no problem. I have them since 2020, I think.

I repair audio tools and in the past 3 years I have seen more than 6 QCs with different issues like distorted or muted audio out on XLR ports and USB malfunction. Those QCs had been used for a year or two and their owners sold them immediately after repair. QCs with USB port issue need an expensive processor replacement job. It’s a very delicate device and fails very often.

I’ve had repairs or replacements about 5 times. Whether it’s Sweetwater or Neural replacing, or Neural repairing

4 years until crash First: Drop outs which turned into “no sound at all”. But support was incredible good!
2 years here, no problems!
I’m on my 3rd QC. First one failed (loud crackling) after 6 months in early 2022, second wouldn’t boot after update in March 2023. Got my 3rd in May 2023 and it has been working fine since.
Got mine on late December 2020 , no issue so far.
The volume button has always been a little bit finicky, but it is a common ‘issue’ , and the USB cable wiggle a little bit if I touch it, causing Cortex Control to loose the connection, but otherwise it is rock solid.
I never moved it, I’m a (bad) bedroom player.
