How does the Phase Doctor work?

Any official descriptions or good tutorial videos? I can’t seem to find anything when I search around for it. When it was first announced, I just assumed it would be a simple 360* fine tune phase adjustment, but that does not seem to be the case

I use parallel paths very seldom but I did try the Phase Doctor and it works really well.

Some people may expect a straight 0° - 360° phase shift parameter, but it’s not set up like that. Phase Doctor lets you choose if you want to flip one side or the other by 180°, then gives you the option to include additional shift. That’s my best understanding of it, anyway.

I don’t have an official description for that, though.
