i am a Proud Owner of my QC and now i am starting Gigging…
my current Situation is a dual Gigbag from Gator… and the QC in my Backpack with some tools
i am Thinking about the daddario Backpack or put it on a Pedalboard and Put that in the Mono Bag because it is more Secure and Padded
How do you do it? I need to carry a guitar, cabels, Tools IEM and the QC and i am not sure if i want it on a Pedalboard i only have the QC and in Future a wireless?
hardcase is no Option for me iwould like a Backpack or Something with a Strap to carry it on my shoulder and it needs good Protection Thinking about the bag from Mono
I use an Apache hard case purchased from Harbor Freight. Waterproof, lockable, and super impact-resistant. Everything else fits into a padded, water-resistant backpack. Harbor Freight has a line of cases by Apache. Essentially, clones of the Pelican cases. They come in several different sizes. I use a medium size for my QC. Dirt cheap and sometimes ridiculously cheap with coupons. Check them out. You will not be disappointed.
It just should be water resistant and have enough padding.
The Rockboard Bag is “just” a bag as well. some padding, good material, shoulder strap for travel.
The QC doesn’t really fit in the Daddario backpack unless you just have it without a case or extra padding. The main storage part of the Daddario backpack isn’t as big as you think. The QC itself barely fits into it.
The only way you may be able to add protection ti the QC with that backpack is the Decksaver cover for the QC. Otherwise I wouldn’t suggest the Daddario Backpack for a QC
Mine is mounted on a Temple Audio Solo 18 board, but it is transported in a Pelican Air 1535 case. Definitely recommend. Mine has fallen down 5 flights of stairs during a load out once and and no issues, and no worries at all, when in that case.
