Hello and welcome. We need a lot more info to help you troubleshoot:

  • More description of the noise itself–what does it sound like? Is it intermittent or constant?
  • Does the noise happen on any other output?
  • Have you tried the ground lift?
  • What tones / amp blocks / any other kind of block are you typically using? Does the noise change at all if you change them?
  • What device are you plugging this output into–desktop monitors, FRFR cab, etc.? Have you tried other sound sources into it to rule out the possibility of a problem with your monitors (for example)?

they’ll most likely request a video of the issue and will confirm whether you’re using the factory power supply.

This is the best option honestly. This forum is mainly passionate users of Neural products, but no one on here can give a replacement or warranty repair
