Hardware fault on Nano Cortex Treble knob

Maybe I’m the first person on earth to face the issue with the NC.
Basically the treble button doesn’t work, until I can reach 88 %.
After 88%, the knob start working but from 0 so I can set a maximum of 12 for the treble.

It took Thomann 2 days to redirect me to NDSP support and I’m waiting for their answer.
Meanwhile I was interested to know if I’m the only one having this issue

The problem is that I live abroad and they told me the refund is only for the product, and not for the delivery fee.
Unless it’s really a faulted device but they asked me to contact NDSP first… “Because they are excellent in troubleshooting”.
