Hello,
Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post, as I recognize the issue could be lots of things not related to Neural DSP…just looking for some pointers.
Basically, starting this morning, when I plug any of my guitars into my UA Apollo Solo USB, and use either a stand-alone Neural DSP app or add one to an audio track in Pro Tools, I get no guitar sound from my monitors.
Noticed it when I went to record a track in Pro Tools, and I couldn’t get anything there. Tried three stand-alone Neural DSP apps (Petrucci, Fortin NTS, and Mesa), and tried three different guitars. No input signal on the track whatsoever. Doesnt matter if it’s a new audio track or an existing track with guitars already recorded, no input signal is detected anymore.
-I have full audio on my PC otherwise, and the Apollo is the only interface I use
-In-app settings have not changed (or at least I did not change them):
*device type - ASIO
*Audio Device - Universal Audio USB
*output channels - MON L & MON R
*Audio input channels - MIC/LINE/HIZ1 & MIC.LINE 2
I can plug any of my guitars into the Apollo, and the input meter on the device itself moves when I play, so the signal is getting to the Apollo…guitars and cable are good, it just seems the signal is no longer getting from the Apollo to my PC for some reason, even though all other Windows audio is normal.
I did update from Win 10 to Win 11 since the last time I plugged a guitar in…not sure if that has anything to do with it, but really just fishing for ideas on what to possibly look for. As far as I can tell, all of my Windows settings are good. Any info is appreciated!
