Ground lift switch not working on out 2

CorOS Version: 2.3 but same problem wth previous OS.

With my monitor, I have a ground issue on out 2 but not on out 1. It seems that the ground lift switch works on out 1 but not for out 2.
I can’t use 2 monitors because of this issue, I’m having too much noise on out 2…

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. Plug monitor on out 1. Hear noise if ground lift switch is on, but no noise if ground lift off.
  2. Unplug the monitor from out 1 then put it in out 2. You hear the noise and ground lift switch has not effect at all.

The unit is just back from repair (because of software issues), told them to check for out 2 too but same problem…

Sorry to hear about your issue but definitely recommend emailing support@neuraldsp.com to get to the bottom of your issue and hopefully provide resolution. Are you using TRS/XLR or TS cables? What monitors are you using?

I’m using XLR cables for out 1 and 2.
Monitors are Dynaudio Bm5 mk3 (which are not grounded, it’s a 2-pin plug from the back).
I will ask Neural support I think.
