Hi guys. My beloved quad cortex has the E footswitch failing. As I use the looper, it’s vital to have such switch working precisely right.
I bought my quad second-hand and lost contact with the previous owner so I can’t rely on a warranty.
Do you guys know if it’s possible to buy the switch only? I didn’t find any repair in the UK so I’ll give it a shot cause I’m not in the position to buy a new one at all
Any input would be really appreciated.

I would say your best shot is to contact support@neuraldsp.com. Maybe they can help you with a replacement or repair.
Hi. I’m just here to tell you that I contacted Neural DSP and asked them if they sell the needed parts.
They were kind enough to tell me my quad cortex was still under warranty and offered to fix my unit, despite the fact it was used and second-hand.
I must say that I live in the UK and they paid for the postage to Finland and back.
I couldn’t be happier with such a company. True professionals.
Now I have my QC like new.
