While I greatly enjoy the available overdrive and distortion pedals available with the Nano Cortex, I’m not sure why I can’t use a overdrive captures alongside an amp capture. Would it be possible to make one or both of the first two effects blocks capable of loading pedal captures?
Welcome! if you use the search function there will most likely be multiple requests for control / management of FX blocks on the Nano. Otherwise, you could always use a capture of a boosted amp (drive+amp).

Captures use more CPU? Not sure.
They want you to buy one of the more expensive Cortices that do this.
