Feature Request CC#7 global vol and menu

I would need to have MIDI CC#7 implemented as a global volume with a menu allowing setting the on/off feature and min/max setting per output (pair of outputs).

This allows to use a midi controller (BOSS EV-1-WL and/or DAW) to control global volume during a live performance independently of and patch/scene.

Using MIDI Cc#7 is standard and it doesn’t block one of the 2 expression pedals.

as well as set different ceiling max vol limit per output (I need max 0dB at XLR for PA and somewhere below for jack outputs that drive my Headrush monitors).
