Describe your issue:
Hi guys, when I plug in my DVP4 X Mini. The QC doesn’t recognise it at all when I try to recalibrate it.

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. I’ve tried switching it internally and the jack seems to be working with the tuner output
  2. It works as an external expression pedal elsewhere.

Would you know of any solutions to this?

You’re using a TRS cable?

A factory reset did it. Yeah I did use a TRS cable. Not sure what it was in the end - was pretty tedious.
