Enable tuner during boot up

No denying the boot up time of the QC is hefty

It’s probably not possible but enabling the tuner while booting up would make the wait far more palatable, particularly live when you have quick changeovers. That way when it boots you’re all tuned up and ready to go.

Power on to tuner option

Every time I power up the Quad cortex live, it loads the previously used patch which often causes a lot noise, especially if the band are using IEM’s and there’s a live jack lead with no instrument plugged in. The only solution that I can see for this is to add a mute to the end of the effects chain, but it will need to be disabled every time the patch is loaded. Yeah they’re similar themes.

I’d probably keep them separate as the other request seems far easier to implement, choosing a default state to enter in once booted vs changing the boot up to allow enough partial functionality to load the tuner.

I’d imagine this would be far more complex to implement as it would require changes to the boot up process to allow the tuner to function while everything else loads in. That’s if it’s even feasible.

I wouldn’t want this to derail the other suggestion which seems like a far easier addition.
