Difference between Plugin Blend and Transparent Blend?

I guess there is no place where the utilities are explained, so I ask the community?
What is the difference between these two utilities? Transparent Blend makes me an exact copy of another chosen font, but I can’t figure out what Plugin Blend does.

Transparent Blend is the raw DI signal straight from the input.
PlugIn Blend includes compression and EQ

Thanks xush. I’m not sure what you’re talking about. Transparent Blend has the option to select an input source. So you can make it the direct sound of the input but also the sound at the end of your chain.

In this example Transparent Blend lines 3 and 4 are capturing Transparent Blend lines 1 and 2 respectively. So I get line 1 to go out 1/2 and USB 3/4 and line 2 to go out 3/4 and USB 5/6.
But I can’t figure out how to use Plugin Blend

I should have added “or whatever source/point in your chain you choose,” starting with the DI Input.

The PlugIn Blend is the same, it just includes predetermined EQ/compression amount that isn’t adjustable. Most likely this is so it can duplicate the pre-configured PlugIn signal chain which you can’t rearrange, for presets on the QC

Are you sure? I thought they were just duplicates because of how they ported everything for PCOM

yeah, that was their official description- can’t remember if I saw it in a video or on Discord but that came thru official channels
