Cortex Control Crashes after 2 amendments using a Tablet

Hi, hope someone can help.
For rehearsal and maybe live, I want to use my QC with a HP Tablet Elite 2 i5 with 4 GB of ram running Windows 11.
Online it says Cortex Control will work with the tablet.

Eventually, they talk to each other and after say after 2 amendments, Cortex Control crashes.
I have reset both the QC and Tablet
I have tried both USB ports with no luck.
On my main desktop, its perfect.

Today I saw, by chance, a red block with horizontal lines flashing to the left of the Scene icon for a second or two.
I cant replicate it unfortunately.
I presume its telling me there’s a problem and could it be the USB port?
I have contacted QC support but they must be so involved with the new update that I have not heard back yet.
So is there anyone who can give me answers?

I would question if the cortex control will work with just 4gb ram.

I agree but was told it would however, had another look at the manual.

Hi, I have just looked at the Tablets specifications and in fact it has 8GB of ram and 238mb disk space.
Also its intel core i5-7200U, 2.5GHz
So all should be good.
Not sure where to go to from here
