Is it just me, or is the app for the Cortex Cloud not working 100% any more ?
I cant search for captures and the home and profile doesnt load at all ?..
I am unable to duplicate any issue with the cloud. I am able to login as normal, see my profile and upload/download and search as usual. Are you using a mobile app or PC/MAC app CC?
My Android Cortex Cloud app was inaccessible for 2 days, it would display the logo like it was loading, but never progressed past that stage.
But now it’s suddenly working again. Didn’t really do anything specific. Might be worth contacting Support@neuraldsp.com if you haven’t already.
I got it fixex… deleted the app.. and re-install 
Every time I log into Cortex Cloud and make any changes such as cleaning up my downloads, it works for a little bit then I get the “Something is out of tune” error. It happens on the app and in my browser. Just now I set some private captures to public and it blew up.
