Hi, I cannot use my cortex cloud app on my iphone in connection with my nanocortex (iPhone 17 with latest iOS and all apps are up-to-date). When starting up the app I get blank pages of the home tab, the library tab, the search tab and the personal tab. It then also shows the “somethings unexpected happened” message. I assume it is not connecting to the internet, while all other apps can connect. The only tab that works is the device tab and this tab let’s me connect to my nanocortex and loads my settings, but nothing else works. Any ideas?
Haven’t seen anything similar pop up. Have you tried removing the app and re-installing? If you continue to have issues, you might find resolution if you email support@neuraldsp.com.
Sure, reinstall helped! I didn’t try at first, since I was nervous loosing my presets, but all fine!
