CorOS 3.3.0

WOW WOW WOW!

Capture V2, mono synth, Dumble Overdrive Special model, bit crusher, pattern tremolo (like a Boss Slicer maybe?), spring reverb, 1981 DRV model, !!!

…And several updates for Nano as well.

So pumped to try this. Was just about to work on making some new captures. Glad I waited!!

This is all great stuff but I don’t think I can hold out any longer for better midi control.

Best QC update since the JP2C update or the one that introduced Cortex Control? Still only 1 new amp model, but that’s a nice list of new effects. Also very nice to see that they aren’t locking the synth to plugin owners. Can’t wait to try that and the micropitch out!

Well, I’ve seen the video; if it can capture a fuzz pedal that good, it’s more than welcome!

Where is the support for the archetype Petrucci???

Capturing Fuzz and compressors? This is amazing as it expands the devices you can use on the QC MASSIVELY.

LOTS of new devices and cool additions, it looks like Neural has finally listened to the community.

VERY VERY happy to see them prioritize something other than PCOM and definitely a step in the right direction! Excited to try the new features out. These are the kind of updates I have been personally waiting for, and they definitely delivered.

I don’t know if this is the correct place for bugs? If not please guide me I’m new here. But the mono synth glitches out hard when sync’d to midi clock. It works perfectly on its own but when you flick that switch it jumps about all over the place. Tested delays on the same patch and they sync fine.

Amazing update !
Thanks you NDSP for the free Synth (even if I own Rabea X) , it is very cool for non-plugin owners and gives the QC the edge for the Synth effect !

Very happy about the QC and CControl updates, and it’s a great end-of-year gift for the community.

I’ve read about the progress of the versions, thank you so much for your work. It’s loading on my QC machine, I can’t wait to test it! No TV for me tonight, ha ha ha….

Worth the wait. I am very happy with this update.

@Denday831 Might be good to log a separate support ticket. If there’s really a problem there, and enough people report it, then hopefully Neural will respond quickly.

The micropitch alone was worth the wait for me, I’ve been hoping for it ever since I purchased my QC.

Amazing update, I can’t wait to try out the new captures too.

Well, damn I guess I cant do black Friday shopping now. Too much here to waist time dealing with people.

It’s Wednesday.

Somebody cooked here

So far it’s amazing, thank you Neural for getting this pushed, what a treat!

This really exposes something in the UI that I find lacking for Coros though. There are TON of new neural captures here but there is not even the slightest hint of what the difference is between them. Like, what could possibly be the different settings for all these compressors?

When I load one, it doesn’t even show in the editor

They all look identical and these knobs are just artificially messing with the capture’s modification of the signal. It doesn’t have to be anything crazy, even a “notes” field that just prints out what this capture is of “based on a handmade, heavily-modified device inspired by Keeley Electronics® 4 Knob®” or “inspired by Keeley Electronics 4 knob, Sustain = 20%, Level = 50%, Attack = 50%, Clipping = 50%”

I get that there’s some kinda copyright thing here about the names (which is also annoying but whatever) but hiding the settings too makes browsing this thing a UX fail no matter how many folders there are

Wow, I am absolutely blown away. What an upgrade.

search for the capture on the Cloud, they’ve included all the info there.

it’s a bit of a hassle to look up individual caps, but at least all the info we’ve been begging for for 5 yrs is available somewhere. Entering all this manually may be part of what has taken so long between update releases
