I bought a new Quad Cortex as a backup to my first Quad.
I tried to login to it with the mail and password of the first one, and I’v got a note with an error message. Do I need to create a new account? and if yes, how can I transfer data from the first one to the second one?
no, you should be able to sign in with the same account info and restore your unit from your cloud backup (if you’ve made one)- it should not require a second account.
What did the error message say?

Thanks Xush for the fast reply. The message say:
. I did reset my password and succeeded to login with the new password into the first Quad and to this page but failed again to login into the new Quad and received again the same error message.
now I see that I have the same error message also on the first Quad… I will reset again the password.
I succeeded to fix it. The problem was with the new password and I fixed the password. Thanks anyway.
