Yes, the WidiMaster is powered by the QC via midi-out (at least it all looks good ;).

All in all it was a pretty straight setup:

  1. Plugging in the WM
  2. Installing the WM App in my iPad
  3. Connecting both units

Fyi: CC-Changes and Midi-Clock is coming from the “Bandhelper” App through the WM.

I´m currently having some issues with the midi-clock in the QC (see here: Midi clock issue (bpm) with "Widi Master"). Not sure if this might have sth to do with the MW power…!?
