It seems the Helix Stadium is going to implement something like this. I don’t think it’s that difficult. If it has looper recording capabilities, you should be able to take advantage of it to record a clean sound that can be processed later.
Neural should just take a look at Kempers Rig-Manager, where this is solved beautifully. You can search in the cloud for a sound, then with one keystroke load it in under one second temporarily to the kemper to test it with your guitar and setup, and if you want to keep it, save it as new preset. If you don’t like it, it will just be deleted again from memory automatically.
The current way to preview sounds on the quad is so cumbersome and like the 80ties
They copy everything else this days so why not copy the cool stuff from other companies, like Global Volume on Expression pedal and previewing sounds! Has been done better already, so just implement it from the start.
There’s a ton of individual requests that would benefit small groups of users.
THIS would benefit ALL users.
