So I just got my QC yesterday and I can’t stop playing with it, I love it. I went to upload some IRs and I was getting an error uploading them. I just gave up cause I was too excited to just keep jamming. So now I was adamant that I would get my IR’s into my system. Bogren’s downtuned IR pack is magical for 7/8 string players. So what worked for me was a log out of my account completely via Neural’s website. Logged back in and bam, everything worked fine.
