Capture Out outputs extreme noise to my amplifier

When plugging in a guitar cable from my new quadcortex “Capture Out” to my “bass guitar amplifier” input or any amplifier input for neural capture I will hear an extremely loud deafening humming sound from the amplifier. If I plug my bass directly into the bass guitar input of the amplifier there is no humming. I have tried ground lifting, plugging the quadcortex and bass amp into a different receptacle, changing cables and changing amplifiers and resetting the quadcortex to factory settings but nothing works. There are no tubes on this amplifier, and I have no idea what the problem is and tech support will not email me back. Do any of you guys have any idea how to fix this issue?

If your Quad Cortex is connected to your PC during the Capture process, maybe re-attempt with the USB cable disconnected.
