NDSP Support is aware of this “Missing Captures” issue and is working on fixing it. It seems to be limited to Cortex Control and involves captures in your Downloads Folder that haven’t been saved yet. If you report your situation it may help them solve it quicker. For some, re-downloading works, but for others (like me) it doesn’t- I had to save those Captures that were already in my Capture Downloads Folder
this also seems to be limited to using Cortex Control, it doesn’t occur on the QC itself
