Used to be able to delete splits. Can’t do it anymore. I tried everything. Thoughts?
Drag S to the Input block, M to the Output block
Right. Doesn’t work.
it does, though. I just checked it.
Better contact support@Neuraldsp.com if yours doesn’t.
Thanks for confirming. Weird shtuff.
you’re having some other issues too, looks like?
Did you update recently? Have you done a ‘restore’ since?
I find sometimes initial bugs or glitches will wash out after several reboots or a soft restore.
I updated to 3.0.0 and have rebooted several times since.
By restore do you mean simply restoring a backup? I don’t think I’ve done that. You think that may help?
Maybe you mean a reset (not a factory reset)? Have not tried that. I suppose I should. Thanks.
Just to validate you have tried the standard process which is long-press on the split line to select it; then drag the S icon of the splitter to the left, all the way to the input block. Drag the M icon of the mixer all the way to the right, drop it on the output block. It’ll be gone when you click back into the grid. If that isn’t working, maybe upload a video of you going through those steps.
Lastly, I would try to backup then do the factory reset and restore. If you still have an issue removing splitters/mixers I would recommend to email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log and hopefully provide resolution. I have heard of others not being able to remove but it has always been just a case of not understanding how.
move them to a blank row a blank row
It’ll be gone when you click back into the grid.<<
I think this is the part I was missing. It’s working now. Thank you.
Thanks for the update! I’ll leave this open in case there’s no additional posts.
