Can't access Neural Capture and setup amps

Hi !

New to Nano Cortex, I got a few issues (keep in mind that I’m the most unlucky guy with gear since I was born, if there is a bug on a million, it’s for me). So I tried to find the answers but unluckily it seems I’m alone.

First of all, the Nano Cortex connects 1/10 times, and when it does, it disconnects from the app after 10 seconds to 2 minute. I rebooted the phone, delete the app and install again etc, I’m used to this kind of things but nothing helps.

Second issue, when it does keep connected for more than 10 sec, I go fast to make a preset, everything works except ONE thing : Neural Capture. I can’t setup amps, it keeps on a “loading” screen, I can wait a long time nothing happens, not a single knob to setup gain volume etc.

I did a factory reset the Nano Cortex to try more but it doesn’t improve anything. I tried on 2 different wifi and the problem remains.

Edit ; tried with another phone, same issue, connection turns off after a while and can’t access to amps setups. Unluckily I’m moving away in a few days and won’t be able to wait for another one if I exchange in the store where I purchased.

Did you do an firmware update?

Yes, V2. I also downloaded Neural Captures from other users, and sometimes there is a “details” page sometimes not, with amp description and a picture of it. If it’s only a description and hashtags and a photo, I don’t care tbh, I’m more worried with connexion.

But I tried again one hour ago and it worked well. Maybe something is wrong with another app or something ?
I never see the Nano on my bluetooth devices, is it normal ?

I use a Samsung Galaxy S23 and never see the Nano under the devices either. Not sure why. I sometimes have connect issues which resolve once I restart my phone. Not sure why and Neural doesn’t either.
