Cannot download during neural capture creation

Hi

I have just had the nano for a few days, so i am sure this is my fault. When i first used it I had no issues downloading captures using the app and now every time i go to do it i get the following message “cannot download during neural capture creation”. Look forward to resolving this. Cheers

I think I had that issue… I solved it just clicking the “exit” button. Try that.
