I try to capture my pedal with a lot of gain.

When the end of the capture is done the sound is not precise, very messy.
The gain is well in the green.

Please provide more information about the pedal you are using and what you mean by messy.

When I capture I find that there is a lot of breath.

i’m not sure if i understand your problem, but let me shoot in the dark. are you using a blend on the pedal by any chance?
I’m having the same problem here, I’m not using any comp or blend, I’m trying to capture a bass distortion tone through Saturn 2 and parallax
parallax is literally clean blend (in the bass at least) and comp, hence the name
Yeah but considering that all dark glass bass plugins and pedals all have blend and it’s the reason it’s the best distortion pedal ever, they’re promoting it as a bass pedal and a guitar pedal Yet it can’t capture blend…. The problem isn’t that It can’t capture blend as they can’t really help that. It’s that they haven’t added a blend control in the nano cortex or the quad cortex which will solve all the problems and make it the best piece of gear for bassists

I’m just not sure how they can call it a bass pedal when they don’t add a feature that every bass pedal they have made has it, and it’s a key feature to the sound.
