is there enough resolution to upgrade icons? or do a better interface. my quad cortex can get better tones, but not near as friendly, fun or inspiring as tone master pro so i tend to use it more.
The whole point of it is that it IS user friendly with easily readable graphics and icons.
The people actually using it professionally don’t want fancy graphics and picture of amps etc. because that makes it horrendous to use on a dark stage mid-show.
We can add this as option
Settings–>Skins–>realworld template
The QC’s touchscreen does not have the tight resolution that the Tone Master Pro does. Confirmed elsewhere in this forum. Sorry bud.
Personally, I think NDSP made the right choice. I used to have a Headrush Gigboard. Although it had a pretty display, I wish they had used more of the resources for more versatility and better sound. I’ll take function over form, any day. The QC’s display is still more functional than Boss, Helix, Kemper or Fractal.
I’d love to see something other than boxes when I’m playing. Ruins the immersion for me. It’s too tool-like. I
