With all the Black Friday sales on captures and plugins going on, I’m curious to hear how the forum ranks them.

For QC use only, which gives us the best sound quality?

Which is preferred (DI + IR) or (AMP + Cab) format?

Hi mate.
Ive had great results with every Amalgam Capture I have purchased. I run my QC through a matrix power amp and a zilla 2x12. Ive had great results with DI captures from Amalgam.

TL;DR - you don’t need to buy anything extra. The QC sounds incredible as it is.
