Beginner for Amp and Guitar to Computer

Hey

I have just downloaded Amplitube free for my PC and have ordered a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen to connect my Electric Guitar to PC, but I doubt that this Amplitube free version can enable my dream:

my obsession to play with Guitar with mesa boogie mark iic+ for a PC (will buy for sure), it can be used to synchronize with an existing tone recording from Metallica albums and remove a Guitar track, then i play along with it? How do I do it? Which DAW or App do I use for this?

Please help me.

I think this is probably the wrong forum for this question. But I would use Moises. It does a great job of removing the guitar from the track so that you can use whatever software through your focusrite to play over the track.
