  1. It is SUPPOSED to save the auth. There is a bug they are working to fix that requires you to sign in each time presently.

  2. Choose ‘delete all’ on the Cloud app or website. On the QC itself you’ll have to delete each individually from the Download folder it’s temporarily located in.

  3. You can use the Direct outputs for capturing if the amp has them, but remember tube amps must have a speaker or load box attached to avoid damage

I don’t think there is a way to delete individual captures or presets from the Cloud app or site, just the option to ‘delete all.’ Even doing that still leaves them on your QC in the downloads folder. From there, they can be deleted individually. It would be a helpful option if they’d add the ability to choose selectively.

  2. The Direct Outputs can vary a little depending on the amp head, and some don’t have them at all. Do you have a specific amp model you are working with? Would help for advising.
