Can't delete downloads from Cloud

New QC user.

As title states I am not able to delete some downloads to the QC unit that just mysteriously showed up in DOWNLOADS folder when downloading others from the Cloud. I have tried the swipe right to left suggestion but that doesn’t work.
Why is there no menu option in the Cortex Control to do so?

On another note I am not able to download the Cory Wong presets in the cloud. Are they software plugin versions only?

are you looking at old manuals/videos? I don’t think the swipe function works anymore. Have you updated your QC to the latest Cor OS?

In Cortex Control, go to the Directory tab, at the top.
Then select Neural Captures category, then Downloads. At the end of the row for each capture is a 3-dot menu with the “Delete” option. It may be hidden till you hover on the row.

The Wong presets should DL like any other. They are not showing up in your Downloads folder in the Presets section of the directory when you mark them on the Cloud app?
