I installed the trial version of Archetype Nolly, but it can’t start or the introductory window doesn’t appear. It can’t even run as an administrator, it wrote me when troubleshooting, incompatibility with windows version I have windows 10, 64 bit

I just downloaded what was on the web and installed it

the password you changed here is not a problem, the problem is with the user ID , I should have jos.pol33 or the full email address jos.pol33@gmail.com, but neither takes it
