I downloaded this XML file but I get an error: “File cannot be opened because: An invalid character was found in text content.Line 1, Position 8. nolly-x”
Any idea why this is happening and how i can fix it? It also is trying to open in Word for some reason

To add a preset to a Neural DSP (NDSP) plugin, you can directly drop the .xml preset file into the plugin window, use the “Import” option in the top preset menu, or manually place the file in the plugin’s dedicated user presets folder. You don’t need to open or review the file, just import and you are ready to go. If you still get an error, I would recommend emailing support@neuraldsp.com for assistance.
