Archetype Misha Mansoor Rhythm and Lead presets sounds muddy and buzzy

Hi there, i’ve been using Archetype Misha Mansoor X a couple of days now and i couldnt find a fix for having too muddy tones on rhythm and lead, they dont sound like they do in demos on youtube. I have used Archetype Petrucci and didnt have much of an issue with it.

Gear i’ve been using:

Jackson Pro HT7 Juggernaut, Scarlett Solo Gen 4, DT 770 Pro 80 ohm.

PC SPECS: AMD RYZEN 5 3500X 3.6GHz, 16 GB RAM

I’ve dialed the scarlett’s gain to 0, turned INST on and put the DT 770’s to the headphone jack. Any help would be appreciated so much, thanks.

I had the same problem while using a Scarlett 2i2 4th Gen. I think it might be an issue with the Scarlett Solo Gen 4? Its audio interface is really unsatisfactory. I solved the problem by connecting my guitar to a DI box before the sound card and using an XLR cable for input. My DI box was a Radial J48. Hope this helps.
