I can use it as a stand-alone.
When I tried to use it in Logic, I already went Plug-in and rescan, now it says “successfully validated”
When I opened the Audio-Units in Logic, I couldn’t find “Neural”
I already shut down and restarted…
I was going to do
- In Logic Pro X, go to “Preferences” > Plug-In Manager > Manufacturer > Neural DSP, and uncheck the box "use”.
- Reach this location in your Mac: HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components, and delete the component file.
-
Download the installer from here: https://neuraldsp.com/downloads/ and run it.
- Restart Logic Pro X.
On the second step, it says
-
Reach this location in your Mac: HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components, and delete the component file.
There is nothing in the component file… there is nothing to delete.
Please help.
The AU plugin should be in that folder if it’s already installed.
Try the following If you can see the plugin validated in the Plugin Manager but you cannot use it in audio projects:
1) Go to the User Library folder and delete these files:
- ~/Library/Preferences/ com.apple.audio.AUHostingService.x86-64.plist
- ~/Library/Preferences/ com.apple.audio.InfoHelper
- ~/Library/Caches/ AudioUnitCache
- ~/Library/Caches/ com.apple.audio.AUHostingService.x86-64
- ~/Library/Caches/ com.apple.audio.InfoHelper
2) After that, restart Logic Pro X and wait for the global rescan.
3) Create an audio session, then check if the plugin is now available in the audio track’s FX slot.
This seems to be a somewhat common issue with Logic 10.6/M1 chips.
Thank you so much for quick response and it worked!
I couldn`t find below 2
- ~/Library/Preferences/ com.apple.audio.AUHostingService.x86-64.plist
-
~/Library/Caches/ com.apple.audio.InfoHelper
I deleted the other 3.
you said
Mac: HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components, is where it should been installed but I don’t see it…
Thank you again, I will try this plug-in for a little bit and if I like it I will purchase it.
You have a great day!
