The app is not working again. I can’t either log on in neural website the problem is not mine. Please make the app work offline. Another rehearsal without been able to use the device.

Ok I think I find the problem. I tried using a VPN app to change to another country and worked!! After several test my conclusion is that there is some issue with the server in Spain … Can someone confirm that ?
When I disconnect the VPN doesn’t work again until is working again … Strange but true …
There have been some reports of regional outages that are non-NDSP related unfortunately.
I know actually I found what happens… Every time there is a football match done net providers block some servers it happens to be that they block without checking and some of them are from other services. I hope this helps other people in Spain or other countries with similar issues. Anyhow a VPN client solve the problem
