Thanks for the advice and participation. I will definitely try to do as you advised. Although I think it would be easier to throw this overhyped piece of digital junk in the trash, especially since I have something to play on, and my pedalboard has never glitched or let me down.
If your issue is pretty obviously down to user error (because the only other people having the same issue have resolved it through pretty obvious solutions), and people have also politely tried to help you, maybe rein in the ego a bit?
